A single course of action, Several connected actions
It is by taking into account the immense importance of the challenges that our organization must face, and through multiple campaigns and programs, that CENAPAC - NGO DRC is committed to lasting results. While our efforts are all directed towards a single cause, we are broadening our field of action to other related strategies while having at our side the best actors in the protection of biodiversity.
BIOMONITORING
Most of our efforts in this program involve supporting the authorities in charge of Protected Areas. We assess our success in this area through the collection of qualitative and quantitative data at the boundaries of classified areas We then use this information to measure the movements and changes of groups of conservation target animals from our baseline measurements .
COMMUNAUTARY DEVELOPMENT
Every challenge is an opportunity and, through this initiative, we make sure our partners are ready to handle the unique situations they encounter. We take an outreach education and training approach that empowers our community by providing the support needed when needed.
